CRM Analytics:
• Evaluates Godiva’s loyalty program across key markets on key metrics of membership growth, engagement, retention and profitability
• Conducts profile analysis using Loyalty/CRM data for a broad understanding of our customer base demographics and behaviors
• Creates consumer segmentations and makes recommendations on customized marketing programs that drive repeat and retention
• Deploys consumer surveys to loyalty members for full view of consumer behavior as well as attitudes and beliefs
• Partners with Loyalty, IT, Finance, and Marketing to develop best in class loyalty programs and improvement opportunities

Digital Analytics:
• Conducts measurement to increase efficiency and improve effectiveness of digital media spend
• Conducts competitive web benchmarking to evaluate Godiva’s position vs. competitive brands and recommend opportunities for improvements
• Uses Foresee service across geographies and influences survey development and dissemination of results
• Partners with regional digital analytics managers on analysis of Adobe Analytics with broad scale implications

Responsibilities

Consumer Culture and Advocacy:
• Operates with a consumer-first mindset
• Effectively partners with consumer and product insight partners for holistic view of the business
• Inspires curiosity about and respect for our consumers
• Clearly communicates research findings to manager and key stakeholders
• Translates business analysis into actionable business opportunities

Functional/Technical Skills:
• Team player with ability to build and manage key relationships
• Excellent problem solving skills and experience analyzing large amounts of data
• Expertise with analytic tools: SAS, SQL, Python, R, Tableau or equivalent
• Expertise with CRM tools
• Expertise with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• In depth understanding of modeling techniques

Project Management:
• Demonstrates effective project management, managing multiple priorities and delivering within budget and schedule constraints
• Agile in flexing to evolving needs of the organization
• Partners with outside suppliers as needed, incorporating supplier opinions into project design and deliverables

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree (Masters plus) in quantitative discipline: statistics, math, economics/econometrics, engineering, finance or other quantitative decision sciences
• Minimum 3 years experience in an analytics or business facing finance role at a retailer or consultancy
• Retail experience preferred
• CRM experience required
• Digital analytics experience required
• Expertise with analytic tools: SAS, SQL, Python, R, Tableau or equivalent
• In depth understanding of modeling techniques with hands on application
