    We currently have opportunities for a Business Gifting Professional (Seasonal). Godiva receives a high volume of orders during the holiday season. 


    The Business Gifting Professional (Seasonal) will assist business customers and process orders.  He or she will be expected to perform one or more of the following functions daily, based on business needs:

    • Interact professionally with customers via email and/or telephone.
    • Log and screen the customers’ paper copy orders in detail to clarify and confirm that all of the required data entry information is on the order and is accurate before forwarding to data entry for processing.
    • Manually and accurately key information provided on the paper copy orders directly into Godiva’s order management system.
    • Proofread and confirm the customer’s order information was entered into Godiva’s order management system exactly as it was provided; make corrections, as needed.
    • Obtain and process payments.
    • Process Excel order spreadsheets, including confirming and clarifying the required information, manipulating fields and formulas, calling the customer, as needed, and importing into Godiva’s order management system. 


    •        Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Internet
    •        Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    •        Previous customer service experience helpful
    •        Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
    •        Excellent communication, grammar, spelling and math skills
    •        Good problem-solving skills
    •        Must be conscientious, reliable and flexible
    •        Day and Evening shifts available, looking for open availability between 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
